RSG has represented landlords with exclusive listings on more than 50 office and industrial properties throughout Houston over four decades.

Execution is achieved through intensive underwriting practices and by leveraging established brokerage and investor networks. RSG can source financing solutions and place equity to address needs across capital structures, investment strategies, and property types.

RSG in an active participant in multiple partnerships and has played a direct role in the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of more than 7.1MM square feet of office and industrial product across eight markets in five states. Furthermore, RSG has been involved with the development of 870 high-rise multifamily units across three projects in two states, and the financing of 3,300 units across 14 properties in three states.
